Meet the Founder

Hello! I'm Charlotte, a student at Archie Williams High School. I am the Youth Activities Assistant at both Bello Gardens Assisted Living and Greenwood Assisted Living.

 

I started Hearts & Hands to bring joy and connection to seniors, especially those with dementia, through creative and engaging activities. Inspired by the guests I have met across many memory-care homes, I saw how small acts of kindness (especially cookies!) can brighten their days. ​

Through Hearts & Hands, my goal is to bridge the gap between generations and build meaningful relationships. I believe everyone deserves moments of happiness, and I'm passionate about helping seniors feel valued and loved.
