At Hearts & Hands, our mission is to bring joy, connection, and meaningful engagement to seniors living with dementia, a neurological condition that slows down memory.

By starting a H&H Chapter in your highschool or community, you can involve yourself and those around you in become Hearts & Hands Activity Leaders for your local senior homes! You will be listed as an official Chapter President on this website.​
