At Hearts & Hands, our mission is to bring joy, connection, and meaningful engagement to seniors living with dementia, a neurological condition that slows down memory.

We are a family at Hearts & Hands. Through fun activities, compassionate volunteering, and tasty treats, we aim to enhance the lives of senior citizens in our community.

We strive to build lasting connections and bridge generations, ensuring that seniors feel loved, valued, and truly seen. We are dedicated to making a positive impact on their lives while empowering young people to contribute their time and energy, creating stronger and more compassionate communities.

By starting a H&H Chapter in your highschool or community, YOU can involve yourself and those around you in become Hearts & Hands Activity Leaders for your local senior homes! Your Chapter will be listed as an official Chapter on Our Chapters
